This information pack summarises the work of emergency services, Birmingham City Council and other partners in relation to emergency preparedness pre, during and post emergencies. The pack contains information about the sort of events to prepare for and includes a useful contacts section for businesses to access information and advice on how to improve their resilience arrangements.
