Working together for a resilient Birmingham.

Birmingham Communities & Neighbourhoods Resilience Group

Members of the Birmingham Communities & Neighbourhoods Resilience Group (BCNRG) and Birmingham Resilience Champions,  held their annual meeting on Tuesday 8th  March 2016.  An update was provided on resilience in the city as well as raising their own thoughts and concerns locally.

Mr Neil Farnell, Resilience Manager from Glasgow City Council was the guest speaker who did a presentation about the response and aspects of recovery following the Clutha Helicopter Crash in November 2013.

Representatives of the BCNRG found the presentations and discussions that followed very beneficial. DSC_0010
