Heavy Rain – Be Aware

The Environment Agency have issued Flood Warnings for the River Rea at Stirchley and River Tame at Witton & Saltley Park.

The Environment Agency website contains details of river level and flooding information and can be accessed at www.environment-agency.gov.uk

The Met Office have advised that there is potential for heavy rainfall tonight and tomorrow (Monday 24 September 2012) in the West Midlands region. Particularly in the the early hours of the morning and during the day with the possibility of some localised flooding.
